What is escrow and why do I need it?+
Escrow means the buyer's payment is held by a neutral party — not you — until you deliver. This eliminates fake bank alerts and "send first, pay later" fraud completely. The buyer knows their money is safe. You know the payment is real before you ship.
How does the WhatsApp checkout actually work?+
After a buyer taps the product link and hits "Buy via WhatsApp", an AI bot takes over in chat — it collects quantity, delivery address, and sends a Nomba virtual account number for payment. The whole thing takes under 2 minutes and requires nothing extra from the buyer.
When do I get paid as a seller?+
The moment a buyer replies "received" in the WhatsApp chat, the escrow releases and a bank transfer is sent to your registered account. Most transfers arrive within minutes via Nomba.
Can I share just one product — not my whole store?+
